Payment Options

We accept cash, debit or credit cards, insurance and Care Credit as payment options for dental services.

Insurance

We are in-network for most PPO insurance plans. Prior to any services, we will verify your insurance, provide you with an estimate of your cost (co-insurance), and file your claim for you. To expedite service, please complete the new patient forms and bring a copy of your insurance card to your appointment. 

CareCredit

Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance.  CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can make payments in monthly installments.  Applying is easy.  Please ask us if you need assistance with your application.
